Dixit Agency provides you with a stenographer who will take part in the conference, without any intervention on its part. Our staff member will take the necessary notes for the transcription, taking care to write the names of the various speakers.

The transcription will be delivered on time with the conference audio support, which will have been recorded by Dixit Agency. This service is offered in different languages.

Accessibility for the hearing impaired

Dixit Agency provides you with a French and/or English speaking reporter who will be present during the session. He or she will be responsible for taking down the statements made with the names of the parties involved as well as the events that have occurred. Subtitling is projected onto a screen to allow deaf or hard of hearing people, and thus having access to the information in real time.

For security reasons, it systematically provides a digital audio recording (unless you explicitly request it) in order to deliver a Verbatim transcription of the meeting if you wish.

For security reasons, he or she will always provide a digital audio recording unless you explicitly request it.
